I’m Fraser, a RICS-registered surveyor and valuer who has lived in Southam all my life. Being deeply rooted in this community gives me a unique understanding of the local property market, which I bring to every survey and valuation I conduct.

Setting the tone for your survey is important, that’s why an informal pre-survey call allows me to understand all of your concerns, questions and plans for the property, I inspect what is relevant to you, and provide the answers and advice you need.
I don’t hold back
Thoroughness is the key to my service, so I don’t leave an inspection until I feel completely confident to do so, this means my report isn’t full of limitations and assumptions, but instead give you a full picture, with detailed observations, annotated photos, and clear, actionable recommendations.
I care about context
The outcome of your survey can be daunting on first read, that’s why I always offer a follow up call to talk through the findings. The opportunity to go through the report at your own pace and ask as many questions as you need, I find, always helps inform your next steps.
